"I don’t recommend this place. The room was rather untidy and unkept. The floors were in need of vacuuming and a good deep cleaning. There was a lack of basic amenities like Kleenex. There was no staff on property to welcome you, in fact the first glimpse of a staff member was in the morning when a gentleman barged into our room without knocking while we were getting dressed (my husband had no clothes on) to deliver wine to the next set of guests and didn’t realize there was anyone staying...

"This property is immaculate and the staff so nice and helpful. It’s bright, it’s beautiful, there’s plenty to do, and it’s in an extremely convenient location. We will absolutely be back to stay in the future!"

"If you like rustic, this place is for you. It's location on the banks of the Applegate River is fantastic. We also had an exceptional dinner at the on-site restaurant. the ambiance is hard to beat. The staff were friendly and very accommodating."

"Everything was great. But if you plan to use the shuttle from the airport call before you book to find out what hours the shuttle is in service. Our plane was delayed and when we called the number on the website after landing we initially reached the call center and were told there was no shuttle service even though the website says the hotel provides airport shuttle service, I was transferred to the hotel and at first was told the shuttle was not available then they said they would pick us up...

"Food close gas is right next to you the only thing is that everything is old where I'm scared to put a black like on it but it's cheap so if your just stay for a day or two would recommend."

"ALL the staff are very professional and kind, especially the lady who works in the breakfast area in the morning. The property is very clean and in great condition, and is very well managed. Great breakfast. Thank you very much for making us feel at home during our one night stay."

"They let homeless sleep in cars and when we told them and they didn’t care! Told me she had been here for a long time they let her come get breakfast in all! They are by a veterans park and lots of homeless hang out there also. The walls in the hallway and Elevator are dirty and pool doors were propped open didn’t make me feel comfortable. The staff wasn’t super friendly. The shower water pressure sucked also."

"It’s located on a winery. Pet friendly. Clean .heated pool. It’s located on a winery . Cute little walking path with a pond and alpacas on site. Did I mention it’s on a winery. Very quiet and peaceful when the winery closed. We had the whole property to our self. Will definitely return "

"The hotel was average. The rooms were quite dated. Noise from other guests could be heard through the walls easily. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Close to the highway with easy access for traveling. Overall the hotel is fine for a quick stop, but over priced for what is offered. "

"The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was great, especially the lady who took care of the breakfast area. She was on top of everything, and made sure to greet every guest with a warm smile. Give that hard working woman a raise!"

"I interacted with three different staff members and each was lovely. I was given a very nice room with easy access. The bed was comfy, room temperature easy to control, nice shower, etc. I stayed two nights, but really only for sleeping; I didn't test out the tv or breakfast bar as I was busy attending events over three days both in Ashland and Medford. The inn is perfectly situated for easy access to both communities. "
