"The staff was so mixed. Front desk-Fantastic! Dining/breakfast-Rather rude and made us feel uncomfortable every time and the afternoon tea was tragically disappointing... Plenty of food, but not presented as anything more than lunch at Grandma's house with dirty cups, mismatched dishes and food stuffed to overhanging off the plates. No one even asked if we wanted the prosecco. "
