"For the most part, the hotel is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the room comfortable and clean. My only issue is the hallway on the third floor by our room need to be vacuumed. Also, the carpet by the 3rd floor elevator filthy and completely frayed. Those aside, I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Lobby cozy and inviting. Lots of places to sit and eat breakfast. Two main entrances from front or back, that’s a plus. Lots of parking easy parking not cramped to park. I liked the expresso cappuccino machine. They do have regular coffee as well. OMG I got a King Suite actually the size of a one bedroom Suite a smaller separate room away from a nice size living room with a sofa bed arm chair two more chairs and a table and desk. There was a desk in the bedroom. Great if any kids or traveling with a group. Lots of room. I read a lot about updates but the furniture is fine bed was comfortable the pillows were not flat but small I used two. Great night sleep. Request front of hotel if booking early no traffic noise. Rooms facing highway will have traffic noise but my friend said she turned on light in bathroom shut door most of the way left fan running on air and slept like a baby. Everything in both rooms on 5th floor were fabulously clean. Everyone was polite I felt safe no problems. There is a small fitness room but at least you can go and stretch and get a light work out I walked up to the Starbucks, mall, restaurants. My room was big though so I took in my yoga mat and just exercised there. Will be staying again when I come back to town. "
