The staff was very helpful and even dried my laundry when the guest dryer was out of order The breakfast buffet was awesome, some watermelon, strawberries or other fresh fruit would be extremely awesome The pool was clean and relaxing This will be my GO TO HOTEL when I travel to Memphis 😎😎😎

The pool has ben out of order for awhile. The hotel has been remodeled but, i guess some of the things were still good so they didn't replace them. The bed squeaked. The shower head was one of the worst. Nice water coming out of the spout. But when you turned on the shower head. NOT so mych. Had to stand literally with my back or head on the wall. Water would not spray out. The breakfast was a typical free hotel breakfast.

While the cleanliness and staff were excellent and the breakfast was very good was frustrating to not being able to use the pool and the hot tub

We stayed 4 nights. Our room was good overall. Service wasn’t great. Lamp bulbs burned out - no light coming from it. Husband asked for bulbs at desk - told we’d have to wait until morning. Husband took bulbs from hall lights - problem solved. Room was never adequately “refreshed”. We asked 3 days out of 4 to have room refreshed. One day trash was taken out Period. Every time we went thru lobby there were 4 - 6 young women just hanging out ( with desk clerk). Lots of traffic up & down on elevator. Just felt like more was going on than just running the hotel.

Loved black out shade as I sleep in a darker room at home. Property was clean and well kept. Staff very friendly and helpful. Refrigerator actually kept contend cold. Loved the Dove products in bathroom. Smell from toilet after use remained for about 2 hours. Has vent in bathroom but no fan so no circulation to clear the air.

A very nice stay.
The front desk clerk was exceptional. We are traveling by bicycle and were at the end of a 65 mile day. Ms. Cassandra is truly an “Angel of the Road”.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable. Amenities are scarce. No Tissues or lotion. Breakfast was good. The sausage gravy was the best I've had in a breakfast buffet. There's no restaurant on site but there were many options close by.

This place is a step up for the area
The front desk was accommodating. The location is within walking distance from a good Mexican restaurant and McDonalds (if you prefer).

The property was great overall. The towels were stained. The sheets on the bed were stained. Although the property looks nice, laying on or using stained items is not comfortable.

The rooms are freshly renovated (in fact, the hotel isn’t even quite finished) with relaxing colors and thoughtful features, including blackout shades, non-fogging mirror, and plenty of bedside outlets/USB charging ports. The front desk and breakfast staff were all exceptionally professional and friendly. Even the large planters at the entrance were well cared-for. This property was a great surprise in a small town without many options.

Construction apparently was recently wrapping up. No pool available. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-? at 6:30 there still wasn't any oatmeal or other hot items ready to eat.
