The plumbing in my bathroom in the shower the shower handle did not work. I had to go from one bathroom to another room just to take a shower. They did come and fix it, but I very much appreciate in my check-in. I was supposed to King size bed one but they have plumbing issues in that room, but they did give me two queen size room that was OK. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Staff were friendly, awesome & professional. Rooms & bathroom were awesomely clean but the breakfast offered was way below the hotel standard. No buffet choice!

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was very firm, so if you don't like that you may want to bring yourself a little mattress pad. Daily breakfast was excellent and the staff were all very kind and accommodating. Will definitely stay again!

Overall a nice, clean hotel
The hotel is nice. I always enjoy the fitness room and breakfasts. Our A/C unit in the room this trip was so loud that it woke us each time the compressor came on. Probably needs servicing. The hotel also has a LARGE ball team + family members staying who were quite loud, in the halls and in their rooms (two of which were on either side of ours). Not necessarily the hotel's fault, however staff *did* know they were being too loud in the halls and common area. 🤔

A Good Stay with Business Center lacking
It was a decent stay. Good breakfast and good employee presence. Our room had all you would expect and it was of good quality. I did notice that the faucet needed to be cleaned as the water had black flaking in it. Also, be advised that the office and office printer are not connected to the Hotel Wifi and requires you to hook up your own device to the Ethernet cabling. So it might be hard to get documents printed. They do have envelopes and any kind of packaging materials you'll need to mail items.

There were red stains on the bottom sheet of one of the two beds so we were unable to use that bed. And there was a large white stain on the carpet right beside that bed. The employees at the check in counter were wonderful and had great customer service skills. The location was very convenient.

Police were at the hotel or the one across the way every day which concerned me since I was traveling with my daughter and niece. The hotel staff was great but our room look like a crime scene. There was a huge stain on the carpet and the paint was poorly touched up in areas....bathroom wasn't the cleanest. But overall it was a nice hotel for our 4 night stay. We are going to the same area in a few months and have the same hotel booked. Hopefully we get a better room!

Front desk did a very good job but the key system was down so he had to manually let us in the room. One of us had to stay in the room while the other got our belongings. Room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again
