"Easy parking, pleasant check in (they upgraded us!), lovely room with view patio, and great staff and breakfast. Very pleased with location near so many shops and restaurants."

"The bathroom had drips of tea or coffee on the floor, the glasses in the bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly and the floor had not been swept. The spoons for the tea /coffee facility had heavy staining, they needed a proper clean or once through the dishwasher. My wife and I straightened the bed, but there was no attempt to make the bed properly!"
