"Super comfortable bed, fluffy new towels & pillows, clean crisp sheets, rain head shower was a treat, great pressure. Delicious Full menu breakfast included was a huge plus. Staff couldn't have been nicer & more helpful. Lovely pre-breakfast walk along the trail to the old castle ruins. All round 5-star stay. We would definitely stay at Castle Dargan again."

"Three Night Stay. We had a wonderful stay at Murphy's Hotel, we stayed for 3 nights, breakfast every morning was delicious and piping hot. Great variety of food. The hotel is located in a convenient village for getting around. The staff were all very helpful and polite. Our room was excellent and very clean. The bar was a great advantage for evening time. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel."

"Very safe property with motion activated lights on all stairways, fire extinguishers, railings on stairs, things of that nature. Is close to town and very walkable. There’s a grocery store nearby, Aldi, and close to restaurants and pubs. I liked how they had French presses to do wonderful coffee in the morning."
