"The staff were great. Pleasant and courteous. However on June 16 at 730am we went out to take the van to get to the airport. We were waiting and a group of suits and women got out of a large vehicle and went inside. Then they came back out and moved in front of us basically ignoring us. "Because of our flight timing we arrived at 2 and our room wasn’t ready as checkin is at 4. The reception person tagged and put our luggage in temp storage and showed us the bar. Since we had only had and early light breakfast, we got lunch. Very nice. Friendly staff. Then they moved our luggage to our room. Very nice room!"
