"Great overall experience, the employees were accommodating and professional, and the breakfast was well worth it, our only issue with our room (#16 on the top floor) was significantly warmer than the rest of the hotel and all we had was a little fan that barely had an impact for cooling. If you want a cooler room don’t go with room #16."

"When we arrived we realized we hadn’t been sent any information on how to enter the property. It was downpouring and it took over two hours to figure out how to gain access to the place. We ended up having to walk down to the Starbucks to use their WiFi and get on chat with Expedia. They said the booking didn’t register so they weren’t notified of it despite the fact that we paid. "Firstly the room was fine ,clean with a comfortable bed ,the area was pleasant a large tesco a few min walk away buses into the city centre and a few takeaways locally ,unfortunately regarding the house the rooms needed soundproofing the floors and walls staitcases and the doors all were squeaky and noisy and it was difficult to sleep it would have been helpful if the owners informed us of the upcoming storms so we could have planned ahead,it would also been helpful if there was clearer...
