Noise is part of the location, it’s right next to the highway. But inside it’s fine.

The room was great, the staff nice, elevator had an issue and my tv was stuck on one channel. other than that everything was good, I would definitely stay here again.

I really liked that it didn't smell like cigar smoke, most cheaper hotels have that kind of smell so that was great.

They did not prepare breakfast because they only have a few people in the hotel. Anyway the clerk give us some biscuits, burritos and orange juice.

My stay was good the first night,second night was horrible.I was awaken by running n thumping on my ceiling.Who in their right mind puts a family above with small kids.FYI family with kids go in the 1st floor or a room where u won't have ppl staying on the floor above.

Do not stay there!
Definitely would not stay there again. Dried food in sink, floor had mud all over it, sink drain was clogged. Hair on the bathroom tub wall, hair in the bed sheets and on pillow cases as well as some other debris, air conditioner smelled like an ash tray everytime it turned on, no coffee pot in room, coffee pot in breakfast area was broken, elevators were broken, milk that was poured inside pitcher had milk rings on it like it had been sitting outside at various levels. I'm sure I'm forgetting something but that's currently what I remember off hand. I would absolutely pick any other hotel besides this one! Had I known you could upload photos prior to this review I definitely would've taken and uploaded them!

Overall good deal but with some trade offs.
Overall for the price of about $70 it was a good deal. Room was clean and the service was prompt. However, the elevator was broken, the shower did not have a curtain, and a knob on the stove was broken. The problems were addressed promptly during my stay. The breakfast is OK but things run out fast but it is unique for a suite to offer free breakfast anyway. Regarding the comfort there was lots of noise from some kind of motor or machine running, maybe it was the laundry room but not sure, and you could hear lots of doors shutting in the early morning hours.

Wrong time to stay. Great Hotel still.
They had a local problem never experienced before with them, all clean personnel quit their job and a room that should be assigned to me since a day before was assigned uncleaned and there was no other available to stay, I have to go to a different local hotel. The Manager was never present physically nor over the phone... this issue was resolved with a full refund for both nights.

Arrive and checked in. Got our room key and went up to the room. Opened the door and room was completely dirty as if it had not been touched by housekeeping. Went back down stairs and told the front desk representative. He called the manager because they didn’t have any rooms available. I could hear manager on the phone, she was rude to her employee and didn’t really care about the issue.
