The property is wonderfully decorated for the holidays. The room is clean and comfortable. The only negative is the roads on both sides of I-35 are under major construction which makes getting to the hotel very difficult and dangerous!

Room was clean enough and bed was comfortable but unfortunately the a/c wasn’t working well. It started making really loud clicking and whining noises in the middle of the night that kept us from sleeping. Also woke up to a scorpion in the restroom…yikes.

Pool was disgusting-had mold and mildew growing in it. Breakfast consisted of a couple of prepackaged items. Air conditioner in room leaked water all over the floor. Blonde chick at the front desk was always rude.

Love this Hotel
I have been staying at this hotel when im in Cotulla. I always enjoy my stay, it's beautiful, clean and very comfortable. I very much recommend it. The front desk staff is great as well =)

Clean and nice
It’s a little bit noisy as it is in the 35 h. Just take ear Plugs so you Can sleep well. Breakfast is very complete and very Clean and spacious rooms. Kids enjoyed the ping pong table..

The staff was so friendly. Especially Rosa Maria she went out of her way to make our stay so welcoming. I totally would recommend to stay at the Fairfield.

The parking lot is well lit and the hotel is non smoking and clean. The best thing is the fast helpful and friendly checkin done by Rosa and she makes you feel so welcomed! All the staff is also so helpful and kind to all.

I really enjoyed the hotel the first time I stayed i was traveling to Mexico with just myself and my daughter. I felt safe staying here. so I came back a different night and got a reservation. They were able to accommodate my fathers wheelchair accessibility and served a great breakfast that accommodated all three of us.
