"Property was supposed to have a whirlpool. We met our extended family there , only to find a very small pool and a whirlpool that hasn’t worked for a very long time. Variety of fruit on the breakfast bar would have been greatly appreciated. Cost of the hotel was very expensive compared to others in Bozeman, but we had already booked through Expedia and were stuck."

"It was disappointing. The hot tub was not operational, and the fridge in my room had no temp control - froze everything. In short, don't advertise amenities you can't deliver on. Not to mention the exorbitant cost on bottled water and juice - $20 for 2 juices and 2 waters?? The only thing that was helpful was a decent spread at breakfast."

"I have to say this was my first stay at a property where I had to plunge my own toilet. We got to the room and the toilet wasn't flushing properly. When we told the front desk guy he said he would be up in a bit with a plunger. We thought he would plunge it, but no, he left it outside the door with a bag and glove. He left it at the wrong door and my fella had to go retrieve it several doos down. We opened our curtains to look at the beautiful Montana scenery and there were greasy kiddo hand...

"To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much because of the name of this place. However, we were pleasantly surprised by how well run this place is. It’s clean, the staff was over the top nice and helpful. The only thing is I really like their bed pillows and nobody could tell me what they were. Would stay here again for sure."
