"Aside from Anthony and Nate at the front desk, our first night check in employee (Friday night 5/8/26) had a really bad attitude and acted lazy. We decided to stay a second night (unexpectedly) and Nate and his Manager Anthony were very kind. They changed our minds about the hotel. Great job guys!!"

"Our first room had a broken refrigerator and we had to throw out the food we had put in it but we got moved to a nicer larger room. They had a nice pool which was not open yet but is probably very nice when it's open. Location was right next to Southpark Mall which was ideal for our teenagers. "

"My stay was amazing. The staff were attentive and helpful for all of my needs. My sleep quality was great because the floor I have given was extremely quiet. Breakfast was the best part. Such a large variety amount of breakfast food. I will most definitely stay here in for my next trip to Charlotte"

"Staff member at the front desk greeted me with the biggest smile and hello. Very personable, pleasant and provided information about the property without me having to ask any questions. Upon leaving the property I had a minor issue with my exit card, and of course she rectified the issue immediately. As I drove out of the garage, she was standing there waving goodbye and making sure I was ok. OMG! Incredible customer service!!!!! Thank you soooooooo much Alicia! 🤗🙂💐"

"I chose to stay at this location due to the location it's self as well as the outdoor pool. It was unusually hot during my 3 day stay, high 80's and low it's for two days. I decided to go to the pool and low and behold it was closed. I asked at the front desk why and was told corporate chose to open the pool very few days a year. It is very limited.
