Kein Zimmer trotz Buchungsbestätigung

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herrn, mit Erstaunen sehe ich auf dem oben angegebenen Reiseplan, dass bei Ihnen sich die Reise als abgeschlossen angegeben wird. Nein wir hatten keine angenehme Reise. Es war eine Katastrophe. Das Hotel Pinamonte hatte kein Zimmer für uns und hat uns nicht mal angeboten ein Zimmer für uns zu besorgen. Nein, sie haben uns nur gebeten zu gehen, sie könnten nichts tun und Expedia sei schuld. Wir sind also vollig sinnlos nach Costermano gefahren und hatten nur Kosten in der Höhe von € 419,-- Kilometergeld und Mautkosten. Von der Enttäuschung gar nicht zu reden. Jetzt muss ich auch noch sehen, dass dieses Hotel offensichtlich behauptet, dass wir dort gewohnt hätten und hat gleich noch mal den Preis verdoppelt!!! Die Buchungsbestätigung gibt als Gesamtpreis € 425,-- an, Die abgeschlossene Buchung jetzt 850,--. Wir bekamen dort kein Zimmer, haben dort nicht gewohnt, sondern sind wieder heimgefahren! Insgesamt waren wir 13 Stunden unterwegs und sind ausgesprochen verärgert.

Ottimo hotel...

...per un soggiorno tranquillo e rilassato, situato in una posizione ottima per chi non vuole il caos vicino al Garda. Bella camera, spaziosa, curata e abbondante colazione.

Vi är två kompisar som anlände en sen kväll efter en veckas resande på Italiens västkust. Våra förväntningar var obefintliga och om området visste vi inget mer än att det "borde besökas". Det slutade med att vi stannade på hotellet i 4 nätter. Trots att vi kom sent blev vi varmt mottagna. Personalen (ägarna?) var trevliga och gästvänliga och av dem fick vi bra tips och råd om hur man smidigast besökte sevärdheter i närheten. Plus för bra restaurang och bar.

Hotel Pinamonte kann ich sehr empfehlen

Mit diesem Hotel haben wir eine sehr gute Wahl getroffen. Es liegt in einem kleinen Ort ca. 4-5 km von Affi entfernt. Es gibt 6-7 überdachten Parkplätze vorm Hotel und wir waren bei herrlichem Augustwetter übers Wochenende da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten ein schönes, großes Zimmer mit ebenso großem Badezimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut sortiert Müsli, Schinken, Salami, Käse, Marmeladen, frisches Obst, Saft,.... wirklich gut. Abends sassen wir auf der Terrasse bei italienischem Wein und einem hervorragendem 4-gängigen Abendessen. Die Küche ist echt zum Empfehlen, da muss man nicht weg gehen. Da wir kein italienisch sprechen, kam es uns sehr entgegen, dass im Hotel auch deutsch gesprochen wurden. Der Preis stimmt, das Hotel ist schön, sauber und hat außerdem einen Lift. Wir werden das nächste Mal wieder hier buchen.

Hotel auf dem Berg

Gutes Hotel kann man weiter empfehlen. Liegt aber weit vom See entfernt. Man kann nicht zum See laufen, sind cirka 5km.

angenehmes Mittelklassehotel, etwa 4 km vom See entfernt, oberhalb von Garda, von den Eigentümern geführt, Lucia, die Chefin kümmert sich fürsorglich um ihre Gäste und vermittelt schon mal einen Badeausflug ins nahe gelegne Hotel der Schwester

Wohlgefühlt, sehr ruhig, mediteran

Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und konnte sehr gut deutsch sprechen, da wohl viele Gäste aus Deutschland da verweilen. Man kann aber nicht das Auto dort stehen lassen und zu Fuß zum Gardasee gehen, da das Hotel auf dem Berg liegt. Am Gardasee war es schwer Parkplätze zu bekommen und sie waren auf Dauer auch sehr teuer.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt am Gardasee

Das Hotel ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Auto-Ausflüge des östlichen Gardasees. Für italienische Vergleiche ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Das deutsch sprechende Personal war stets freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr sauberes Zimmer.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch das Restaurant ist hervorragend. Man kann sagen: Das Hotel lädt zum Verweilen und Geniessen ein!

Das Hotel ist schön und liegt in einer ruhigen, schönen Umgebung mit toller Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber! Lediglich die Auswahl der deutschen TV- Sender lässt ein bisschen zu wünschen übrig (Nur ARD, ZDF). Das Badezimmer war zwar nicht das modernste aber trotzdem gut und es verfügt über alles was man braucht und ist vor allem sehr sauber! Die Leute vom Hotel sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sprechen deutsch.
