"We were given two rooms, both in unacceptable condition. There was visible mould, water damage, warped flooring, and even a footprint on the wall. One room had a broken countertop, and both smelled damp and unhealthy. We spent 90 minutes trying to resolve this, but the manager never appeared, and reception refused to provide their name. "I don’t write negative reviews often but this stay really stood out in a negative way and I want to warn others. The room itself was big, beds comfortable enough, and there was a safe (that didn’t work). The sheets were clean but the comforters were not. The room was clean but in the bathroom I could see foot prints on the floor.
