"Too many rules (I bet necessary in such a big hotel), but timetables shouldn’t be more important than guests. Dopo due ore di attesa siamo entrati nell’appartamento che aveva un water e un bidet non funzionante, pulizia discutibile in tutto l’appartamento. Allego le foto per illustrare la situazione. "Im Badmülleimer waren noch die Hinterlassenschaften der Vormieter. Badezimmer stank. Die Press-Spanmöbel sind aufgequollen, abgekatscht und bergen Verletzungspotential.
