"Good location, friendly helpful staff, good value, good rooftop terrace and views, and very modern rooms and cooking facilities. Would prefer a traditional reception instead of the current virtual reception arrangement. Otherwise, overall the stay was excellent."

"First off, the staff...this might be the best staff my wifeband I have ever encountered. Friendly, helpful and their attention to detail was top tier! Then our room was immaculate, the bathroom was gorgeous, and the bed and linens were perfect so that we could fall asleep after a long trip from the US (or a day walking around the very walkable city of Aveiro)"

"The location was perfect the sea views were wonderful and we were on the 6th floor so high enough to have a panoramic view. The room was tired and probably hasn't been updated since the late 90's early 00's, same with the bathroom. The rooms were clean though and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was superb and dining experience pleasant. We didn't use the pool /spa. We would definitely stay here again."

"The Hotel was struggling with Aircon issues. Our room did not really cool despite the system roaring full blast all night. Not a great sleep. Also, not keen at all on the ‘vegetable’ toiletries! Parsley stem soap and Kale shampoo… who wants to smell like a cabbage?! Staff were as helpful as they could be within their limits. I did suggest during this heatwave, a welcome ‘jug of iced water’ on reception would be a nice welcome gesture on checking in."
