"Es un hotel nuevo con cuartos muy lindos y comodos. Pero considero relevante tener en cuenta lo siguiente : 1. Hotel de 5 pisos sin ascensor 2. No hay aire acondicionado en zonas comunes asi que toca mentalizarse a llegar y derretirse en el lobby, desayunar asado de calor y subir escaleras acalorado. 3. "The room bed was dirty as soon as we walked in and I went to do my on spray and wipe down the towels were dirty with a smell the bed sheets were dirty had to immediately call room service and they tried to tell us the room was just clean until we showed the big dirty stain on the pillow case and the blanket they had redo the room and took forever to change sheets cause all the sheets they kept bringing in were dirty and the toilet seat was too small for the toilet its was a horrible experience ."

"This hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was easy and effortless. Upon arriving, my boyfriend and I were greeted by the doorman and he took our suitcases while we checked in. We speak little to no Spanish, however all the staff are bilingual. "This was such a great pick. The pool on the rooftop had amazing views. The continental breakfast in the morning was delicious and I’m happy it was included with our stay it was very worth it! The restaurant at the hotel had amazing food and everything was just very convenient. Also, the staff was so amazingly nice and welcoming. I had a great experience, highly recommended."
