"While the staff was great and very accommodating, don’t let them place you in a Mountain View room. As most places in Italy, they don’t have air conditioning. So that means you have to keep your windows/doors wide open when it’s hot out. The Mountain View rooms sit right above a very busy street and you will be awakened all through the night to road noise. "

"We had a fantastic visit in early July -- the room was very comfortable and the surroundings of the hotel are just breathtaking, you can see Cinque Torri on top of the ridge from the front porch! The staff here are warm and wonderful, going above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. They even helped negotiate a taxi from Dobbiaco for my husband after he missed his bus.
