Clean motel in Corsicana off I-45

Affordable no frill motel in Corsicana. Renovated rooms were clean, staff friendly, was quiet even though close to the highway. Shopping and restaurants close by.

The property didn’t look perfect from the outside BUT it wasn’t horrible. The staff was nice, rooms were very clean and very accommodating. Would stay here again!

Our bathtub didn’t have a stopper. When I requested that they come and put one in no one ever addressed it. I also noticed that the same girl that worked the desk that night before was working the next day. I was a little concerned that they were overworking their staff members. But I will say that our room was very clean. And everyone was super polite. I’ll definitely stay there again in the future.

Right off I45. Easy to get to and great parking. Clean room. No sofa and no facial tissues. Spent 4 nights there and I had no issues with water pressure in the shower, sink etc. Everything was very clean. I'll stay here again.

The toilet needs a new wax ring -it leaks when sitting on toilet then flushing, water seeps around toilet and out onto floor There was a kind of gurgling noise almost the entire time coming from the wall in bathroom area. I believe this to be a venting problem with the plumbing. No easy return to thr Starbucks and QT gas station just 2 lots away - you have to drive a few miles to drive nect door due to the 1-way frontage road. It’s old and smelly like an old smoking room. At 353 per night, or 299 for regular night, it’s way over-priced. I will not be checking into a Motel 6 any longer - It’s more likely ke a Motel Zero However, the room was clem and the ladies at check-in wete very nice.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and good value for dollar. There was some floor damage from water previously, the like wood floor was sticky in places and squeaky, no hair dryer, and not enough parking for the number of rooms. Parking at night was a nightmare. However, the price was fair and all of the equipment worked. Great hot water and water pressure, beds were comfortable, AC/heat worked great and was not outdated as many hotels of this price range seem to be, sheets were good quality, pillows very comfortable, and TV/satellite had no problems or poor signal. Also, had several movie channels. We noticed there were several extended stay “residents”, and they had their way of doing things and places they park etc. pool was indoor and looked very clean, but it was very cold outside and we had a busy weekend with no time to spend at the pool. Location had things like a big gas station nearby, but getting to the main restaurants were a bit tricky to get to as they’re on the opposite side of the highway and highway design didn’t make it easy to get around to them. They are def not walking distance.
