"Lovely stay"

"Nice location, good staff and fab food"

"Geweldige locatie, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Goede parkeergelegenheid. Het bed vonden wij iets minder en schimmel in de douche had vermeden kunnen worden."

"We had a fantastic stay here in one of the new deluxe rooms. The room was incredibly comfortable, very well furnished and spotlessly clean with a large bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of hot dishes (special praise for the eggs benedict) alongside fruit juices, pastries, yogurt etc. We also had an evening meal in the pub which was again very nice. "A lovely room. Light airy with big bathroom, comfy bed, excellent complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits in spacious room, with great view. Breakfast and evening meal all homemade/cooked. High standard and delicious."

"Everything was great! Thank you! 😁"

"Really lovely stay - friendly staff in a small pub in Combe Down open for evening meals during the week, and open for lunch onwards at the weekend. We had a lovely welcome, preordered breakfast for the next morning which was really delicious, and was shown to our room upstairs. A lovely view of the white horse in the distance and a comfy bed, with lovely furnishings. We would stay again."

"Convenient overnight stop when visiting our daughter. Car park is large but there are lots of larger vehicles that double park making it tight for others. It's clean, comfortable bed, good shower but you can hear everything from surrounding rooms...sneezing, coughing, burping, snoring, use your imagination!!"

"refreshingly different menu. breakfast was fine, but not a fan of soda bread"

"A wonderful place to stay. A fantastic old building with so much character and lovely country views. Bedrooms very comfortable with great attention to detail and well thought through. Excellent breakfast and a good menu for dinner - well presented and very tasty. The highlight though were the staff throughout. It's such a pleasure to receive genuine excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you."

"Everything was TipTop! Beautifully decorated and very clean. Food was top notch."

"Riverside view while being close to shops and restaurants"

"Great place to stay while visiting the Cotswolds. Room was spacious and clean and food in the hotel was excellent. I would definitely recommend."

"This was a charming apartment that was walking distance from everything we wanted to see. Breakfasts were excellent!"
