Relaxing week in a beautiful home
While the layout of this property is a little unusual, the decor is beautiful and we made it work for 3 couples and 2 single adults (8 adults total) Elevator serves all three floors and second floor is available from outside stairs. 1st floor bedroom with a sink and fridge as well as its own bathroom, contains five of the sleeping options so would be better for families with small children. This room overwhelmingly smelled like smoke and I had to wash all of my clothes whether they were dirty or not on return home due to the odor. The remaining seven beds are spread between three bedrooms on the second floor. The larger bottom bunk bed was not built for two adults and again would be better for smaller children. Our 9th person ended up sleeping on the couch upstairs which was very comfortable. Ocean View is limited with apartment buildings in the way, even from the third floor balcony. Rooftop view is amazing at sunrise and sunset. Beach access is a short drive, not walkable in this neighborhood. Beach parking and parking passes are easy and there was lots of space this time of year. Both Keurig and conventional coffee pots were available. Kitchen is well stocked with basics, even a wine fridge and ice maker, but definitely bring your own Beach towels, paper towels and toilet paper. We only had four bath towels when we checked in and had to call for more but management was very prompt to comply with the request. All in all it was a great choice.
