"The hotel was nice and family friendly with the beach area but there was no pool. With little ones that prefer the pool to the beach this was a huge disappointment. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is very good ! I would like more vegan options like vegan yogurt and almond milk, but overall it was a nice stay. I was a little ticked that we had to pay for parking bcuz that should be included in the hotel rate. "

"Let’s start with the good: The location is perfect, close to everything we planned to do: the beach, the aquarium, the Selena Museum, restaurants, and more. The room and bathroom were clean, and the gym and laundry room were a great size, which helped a lot since we have little ones. There’s also a game room area where the kids could play while we relaxed with our tea. I really appreciated the complimentary filtered water station; it made it easy to fill our bottles before heading out for the day. The staff was respectful and helpful, and our room service lady was incredibly friendly. Overall, the hotel still feels new and well-maintained. Now for the not‑so‑great: The breakfast bar is on the smaller side, still decent, just limited. And the water pressure in the room was pretty low. Even with those minor issues, we’ll definitely be staying here again."
