I appreciate the price. You can smell the coverup smell when you walk in. Statyed here few years ok when it was new like. It could use some remodeling. It was close to relatives which is very convenient

We loved that the hotel was pet friendly. It was very convenient to get around to and from the Corpus area. The room 1021 apeared very muggy and their was alot of condensation in the bathroom and at the front entrance of the room. The front carpet was also damp. The staff was very friendly. Over-all it was a fair stay for the price.

Condition not as pictured. For the most part it was clean. Pillows were old & yellowed & there were stains on the blanket & towels. Not well painted with chipping & scratches. The staff was very friendly & accommodating.

I know this is my second bad review. I chose La Quinta because they are always great! IT WAS NOT! A young man checked us in at night. He was helpful. There were kids running around. I noticed right away there was going to be issue because the rug was dirty, but lets give it a chance. Trash in the hall waiting to ne picked up? Still there the noxt morning. Yes, breakfast. Vey similar to the usual. YAY! We were looking for butter and could not find it. There was an employee making his plate. I thought maybe he was on break so I did not ask him. Then he came back and got another plate? When we left there was no one at the desk? The employee that was eating breakfast is now refilling snack section. NO ONE GREETED US THE ENTIRE MORNING! Kids STILL running around because their Mother was working. So dissappointing.

Needed a pet friendly, no frills hotel for a one night stay and this was a perfect choice. Price was very reasonable, all fixtures in the room worked properly and hotel property and grounds were clean. Location was great also as it was right off the highway and close to various fast food places and gas stations.

The hotel was clean and comfy. The tv remote wouldn’t work even after replacing the batteries. Only 1 out of the 4 lamps worked.

The front desk worker was quite friendly and helpful. The house keeping and maintenance are not good. The 1st room assigned to us had no blankets on both beds; the metal bed frame protruding by about half a foot from the bedroom, both my daughter and I accidentally bumped into the protruding bed frame and were hurt; wifi signal was too weak in that room so wifi was not available; toilet seat was not tightened so it wobbled freely right and left. After asking front desk worker for help, he was quite helpful and friendly, quickly moved us to a different room without the above issues.

Giving this place one star is even giving it too much! This place was a complete dump! Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! They have roaches, the rooms are literally disgusting! The phone either doesn’t work or just constantly rings for no reason! The sheets had blood on them! Seriously run! But to put icing on the cake Vanessa that works the front desk is a joke! An obvious drug user/mentally unstable guy tried breaking into some high school girls rooms! And he even got one of the doors open, and they had to push it shut and he even told them as he’s breaking in I WILL RISK GOING TO JAIL FOR YALL!!! How scary! Even as it was going on one of the girls called front desk to tell them what was going on and guess who hung up on them Vanessa! The police was called but not by her to get this man out! And when the police got there instead of her trespassing him for literally trying to break in she said NOTHING! So he could literally come back in anytime he wanted! So we’re forced to leave which we should have the minute we saw the place! We asked for our money back and to call her manager! She pretended like she couldn’t do anything to fix the situation, and when questioned why she didn’t trespass the guy she called the police on the parents and said they were yelling at her and she needed us gone! And the big boss doesn’t get a break either he never would answer the phone when our girls were getting harassed but definitely answered after she called the cops on us bc we wanted

Good hotel while traveling with you pet
Nice personnel and clean room. Limited toiletries and breakfast, but regardless satisfied with the price quality balance. Fee for my doggy was very reasonable.

I guess you have to inform them to clean your room. We stayed 2 nights . No room service cleaned the room while we were out. I was disappointed to meet my bed unattended when we came back.
