"The air conditioner was very noisy and the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay. Sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy. Better than the usual assortment of pastries. Parking was odd as there were three exits and it was a crap shoot as to whether the two gates exiting the side streets would be open."

"There was construction going on the floor above us. The cost for parking daily was too much. I could hear loud music from another balcony at 11pm at night and cars racing up and down the street all night."

"Renovations are being done all around. Seems like an older property. The maintenance guy that helped us when our tv went out was awesome, though. There were hairs in our shower leftover from the people before us. But it was a decent stay. Will probably stay elsewhere next time we visit. "

"So I booked the ocean view but they made us wait a while day to move there and initially put us in a standard. Also very racist. No complimentary cookies or even smile for us but was super nice to people if this country. Breakfast says free . But it's not. "

"I was running late and they cancelled my stay even though I was booked for several days. They didnt charge me and told me to rebook but they were no longer coming up under Hotels.com. My experience with Hotels.com was even worse. I needed to adk for refund . Kept getting ai bot that kept hanging up on me because it said my credit card didn't match, which it was correct. Finally after several exhausting attempts to talk to live person and many searches on right number, I spoke to someone. They informed me they had to email property and wait for response. Istill have not received my refund and if it is not done today I will be doing 1 star reviews on Hotel.com on every platform I can. The whole experience was nightmare. ☆After two weeks of hassle and disputes hotels.com has not returned my payment. This is not right as the hotel did not charge me . This is right out robery "

"It's a Budget Inn, you're staying because you need a place to stay and sleep with basic expectations. It's what I expected. Parking was fine, the room was fine. It had a large fridge, coffee maker, and microwave which many pricer hotels stopped offering because they expect you to pay for their own onsite services. The location is fine, and parking was fine (And free). Checking in was hassle free. The bed was comfortable, the TV had cable and came in fine. AC worked fine. No real complaints, just set your expectations for budget, and you'll be fine."
