"I ordered a birthday package to be delivered to room upon arrival and it was there with decorated balloons. Reservation was made by the staff at El Dorado and they also decorated the eating area, gave a lovely treat of singing happy birthday with a sparkly candle😀. All requests and needs were met, the room was done nicely to accompany 3 adults. Loved the entertainment which I was able to participate in.The overall hotel staff were wonderful, food as we say it, “ chef kiss”. Thanks Grand Palladium for an amazing experience 💙"

"Rain fell on the last night and there was a lot of water from the lobby to the dining area; although an umbrella was provided in the room and was used, feet and foot wear got soaking wet on way to dinner. Suggestion to have better drainage so the water does not build up when it rains. Parking was an issue when arrived but luckily I was able to squeeze vehicle in a tight area."
