"Everything was pristine. The beach was a bit rocky initially but after a couple walks, you were in the clear beautiful water. The food was great, people were warm and friendly. The hotel was modern. It was lovely. "

"I’ve been to many Riu resorts and this was by far one of the best I’ve been to! The staff was amazing, extremely friendly and accommodating, Whitney, Gigi, Shaq, Frank, Alexia, Scott, Anthoney, Dean, and so many more made our stay amazing. The entertainment day and night was absolutely amazing. During the day there are beach games, pool entertainment and contests etc. The night shows especially were whole productions, beautiful outfits, amazing dances and bands and overall so entertaining. No matter how tired you are after a long day you still make your way to the shows at night because you don’t want to miss a thing! The food at the buffets was the best food I’ve had at any Riu or all inclusive in general! I’m vegetarian and usually only have French fries and rice as options lol. At Riu Negril they had amazing food options for everyone, meat eaters, vegetarians, pescatarian, etc. It’s also extremely easy and safe to walk either way on the beach and meet locals, shop some souvenirs, grab a drink, see the beautiful sunset, etc. Don’s right next door where the blue tents are on the beach is a must stop. They have excursions like glass bottom boat and more. Every night Don feeds 2 nurse sharks that he’s seen grow up since babies. It’s absolutely amazing and a must see/support! He also has the best, spiciest jerk chicken you can find. If you like spicy you won’t be able to stop thinking about his sauce. You will not regret your stay here. I already can’t wait to go back. "

"Staff were cheerful but unfortunately, from our arrival they choose to downgrade our suite to garden side without informing upfront. In addition that suite was nearby a sewer collection point with a leaky broken lid seal. Rushing water and foul smells endured throughout stay. "

"This is the place to go!! Rooms are clean and up to date, staff is absolutely amazing!!! Pool was perfect, ocean was like bath water. Food was terrific- something for everyone! Can’t recommend this resort enough!!!"

"Overall the property was great! Beach is amazing and staff was very friendly. Food was very good as far as all inclusives go. Getting reservations for the restaurants is difficult and the process to book for more than 2 people a little wonky. Be prepared to be frustrated there but not a deal breaker for us. We will go back simply for that beach."

"The over all experience was ok. Check in time was 3. We waited an hour and a half for our room. We are not very adventurous when it comes to foods, lunch and dinner options were limited. The spaghetti at the Italian restaurant was very good. The swim up room was great! The pool was massive, plenty of room to move around. The room was clean."
