"The resort was nice aesthetically. The hotel states that it’s a 5 star but I would rate it a solid 4. It lack some qualities to fully be at a 5. At checkin, the staff who assisted us had little information about the hotel and provided incorrect information to a few of our questions. We found it unsanitary the way utensils were left on the bare tables instead on napkins. The pool was nice. Night life needs improvement. Drinks were not premium. They did a great job maintaining the room while we were there."

"I paid for privilege service and was highly disappointed. Had to fetch my own drinks while others around me were being served. I had to ask another gentleman to order on my behalf due to this. I wish I could post the photos but was highly disappointed. There were some staff there such as Kash Joseph RuthAnn Claudine Millicent who I have gotten to know and made my stay comfortable but as for the pool and butler service would like a complete refund "
