Highlands Resort at Verde Ridge
Staff is great and room was clean. My only issue was that we booked (according to the pictures shown online), a second story balcony with a view. Instead, we had a first floor balcony with no view beyond the building wall. Disappointed with the false advertisement.

Enchantment
This place is incredible. It's beautiful and has everything you need to a relaxing, easy trip. Food, drinks, and activities are quite pricey, though.

There was no room service, we were not advised. Neighbour left their trash outside their room for a day before it was picked up. trash for travellers always a challenge,
