"This resort is a great location if you want to get out of busy Sedona. We wanted to go to Jerome, Clarkdale, Cottonwood, and Sedona, and was easy to get to all of them from there. Also, the location is very peaceful. "My family adored this resort! The room is so clean and comfortable and there are so many amenities! We made good use of the Jacuzzi tub as well as the DVD player, sofa bed and full kitchen. We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub, laundry room and playground. So much to do! It felt very luxurious but at a truly reasonable price. Thank you for giving my family a beautiful spring break vacation! "

Pool was nice but full of kids so we didn't get to enjoy it, but we were plenty busy with other things so that didn't matter much to us."

Cheryl B, the owner, was exceptionally gracious, attentive, and incredibly helpful whether it was offering dinner reservations at 2 difficult to come by restaurants, identifying the right hiking trails, or ensuring our made-to-order breakfast was cooked to perfection. The room we stayed in was recently renovated and very comfortable. Cheryl had an open refrigerator for extra waters, sodas, seltzers, etc and plenty of tasty...

"Way overpriced for what you get in return. Check In is at the bottom of valley and our room was at the top. Very confusing on where to park and very little help from staff. "

"Parking out the front of the room in a busy place was super helpful. Brilliant location in the heart of Sedona. Rooms were a little tired through. Checking in was difficult because I didn’t have roaming working on my phone and it’s a contactless check in and there was no local WiFi to jump onto to access the information."

"We were supposed to have housekeeping on one day of our three night stay. They never showed up in spite of assurances from the staff that they would. One other detail is that while close to uptown shops and restaurants, the resort is massive and it takes quite a lot of walking to get out. Getting there from our room required walking down a street with no sidewalk. Would not stay here again."

"Everything about our stay was just lovely. The property was very clean overall. The outdoor patio area could have been blown off a bit more, but that’s a very minor detail. The room itself was extremely clean, and the kitchen was spotless and very well equipped. It had everything you could possibly need for cooking. The only small additions that would have made it even better would be basics like olive oil. We also didn’t receive quite enough coffee for our three-day stay, so we had to stop by...
