"Room smelled.of urine. Disgusting."

"For some reason, the toilet seat was wobbly and was uncomfortable to use. The headboards and upholstered chair had stains when looking at under black light. The chair was the worst! The cleaning person brought a blanket to be put over the stain. The check in person did indicate the chairs should be cleaned more frequently."

"Elevator and guest hallways smelled of something rotting or stale. Room was damp and stains all over the ceiling. For what I had paid for the room, I could have easily found a better location. Disappointing."

"The room we had was not very clean when we got there. The bath tub had hair all in it and the floor in front of the sink was covered with hair. Looked like the floors were not cleaned before we arrived. Other then that everything else was great."

"The staff was helpful, friendly, and efficient. The breakfast nook looked like the photo on the website: update and nice. However, the room I stayed in was not updated; it felt run down. The ceiling lighting was harsh and to fill the entire room well. The bed was bug free and comfortable. The room was well insulated because I didn't here parking lot noise or other guest noises. I didn't use the tv, microwave, fridge, or hair dryer so I don't know if those worked."

"Bathroom door creacked, needs some oil, 2 different color water stains on floor under watertank. Should have been noticed and cleaned and of course addressed weeks ago. Limited supplies of soap and toilet paper Had to ask front desk for such. Windows were fogged ( needed to be replaced,) i was charged $200/ nights for 2 nights. This valiber hotel should be around $89, not $200. Very disappointed"

"Everything was good. The reason I have a poor review for the amenities. Is because they pool wasn't working and the TV had connection restrictions on it. The only reason I booked was because of the pool. I recommend the Hoilday Inn express in Lancaster Ohio. My daughter's room was there. So much better for less a night."

"The hotel was in a great location downtown. Walking distance from tons of restaurants. They had a supply closet with items like toothpaste, tissues, razors etc for free which came in handy. They provided us a code to enter the building and a code for our room so there was no in person check in process which was nice. They were extremely helpful and responsive over text. I would definitely stay here again!"
