This hotel does NOT look like the pictures online. It is run down, it smells and the rooms are not properly cleaned. The table was sticky, the bed sagged in the middle and there was a family of flies in my room. Do not waste your time booking this hotel.

Would not stay here again. Roof leak stains on my room ceiling. Vent fan detached. Half-full shampoo bottle left in shower from previous guest. And according to person at checkout "The minimum standard for a Wyndham free breakfast is a granola bar. And breakfast finished at 9am. There were no granola bars. And bad machine coffee. I could accept all of this if I had not been price gouged for $140 for one night due to an illness with people I was supposed to stay with locally.

The room wasn’t really clean (floor and chair). The beds appeared to be fresh and comfortable. Breakfast was a sweet and salty bar, donuts, or apple. Drinks were apple juice or orange juice, and coffee. The young man at the service desk was very polite and helpful. Overall not the worst place to stay.

The staff was helpful, friendly, and efficient. The breakfast nook looked like the photo on the website: update and nice. However, the room I stayed in was not updated; it felt run down. The ceiling lighting was harsh and to fill the entire room well. The bed was bug free and comfortable. The room was well insulated because I didn't here parking lot noise or other guest noises. I didn't use the tv, microwave, fridge, or hair dryer so I don't know if those worked.

The room itself was fine. All I needed was a bed , tv and shower. It just was real old and dirty, and broken. My room smelled like smoke (cigarettes) so I asked the front desk to please get me a new room. He was very sweet and accommodating, but the second room he showed me, smelled even worse. After looking for other rooms online in a 20 mile radius, I decided I would just stay and make the best of it. There’s mold in the shower ceiling, many dents and knicks in the walls. And it smells like a soaked sweatshirt rubbed around in an ashtray. I can’t believe I paid a hundred dollars for it.

We were disappointed that our room was not cleaned on the first day or our stay. Other than that, the manager was helpful once called when we discovered that two of the lamps were not working, and that the door in the first room we were put in did not lock properly. So, he moved us to another room. The hotel was convenient located to where we needed to go. However, the hotel could use some improvements.

Hotel room was in horrific condition. Smelled of smoke, no water pressure. Several lamps didn’t work. Toilet barely flushed. Large hole in bed skirt. Card charged twice- refunded but not informed by front desk. Did not stay the second night due to condition of hotel. But of course I was charged.
