"This place is a joke. I travel frequently and have never experienced anything like this before. To even get into the room, we had to pass through a small locked entry area, which was already unsettling. It’s not really a lobby, if there are more than six people, the rest have to wait outside because there isn’t enough space for everyone inside.
The room itself smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, despite the fact that I specifically booked a non-smoking room because my mom has asthma. The odor was so overwhelming that we couldn’t stay, I ended up leaving just 10 minutes after checking in. Based on the photos on Expedia, I expected this to be a great place, but unfortunately, it only looked good in pictures. My actual experience was completely disappointing. This felt like false advertising. I have receipts from this hotel showing both the check-in time and when I left."
