"We had 15 rooms, king and double beds, and stayed two nights. Two of our people had to go to the front desk to have their key fixed since the keys stopped working. We asked for a menu and were sent to reception. They spoke to the attendant and we were sent back. We decided on dinner and were led into a bar area and ignored. We left and visited one of the many nearby restaurants. "
