Clean, comfortable room. Lots of hot water. TV had nice channel selection. Working safe in room for storage as needed. Strong wifi with occupant specific password. Location very convenient to town center. Walkable. Safe. Was told at front desk at checkin there was heating option with AC unit but in room maintenance man explained the original remote had been replaced by a generic remote and heating option wasn’t available although listed. As a vegetarian, the limited choice complimentary breakfast wasn’t really for me as most buffet dishes had meat or gelatin. I chose to eat elsewhere.

Capacitar bien al personal de recepción, en cuanto a las reservaciones hechas, pagadas y confirmadas , ya que estaban apartando cuartos para gente que no había pagado ni reservado, no se quisieron tomar el tiempo de verificar en sistema con expedía, fue un rotundo “no hay habitaciones disponibles y haz tu reclamación donde te corresponda”, después de tanto insistir revisaron y me dieron la habitación

Pésimo cuidado de los autos.

Me entregaron el auto chocado, para cuando me di cuenta ya había salido del hotel y me encontraba laborando, en cuanto me desocupe regresé para que me dieran alguna explicación e incluso les pedía que revisaran sus cámaras para saber que había pasado pero se negaron, en ningún momento los culpe solo quería que me apoyaran con las grabaciones para saber lo sucedido y la respuesta de la gerente fue que como había ya salido y había transcurrido un tiempo no podía hacer nada porque ella estaba segura que no había ocurrido en el hotel. Llame al ajustador del seguro y pues no se pudo hacer nada más que yo hacerme cargo del golpe. El coche me lo entregaron de forma que no me diera cuenta del choque ya que lo dejaron pegado a la barda del lado donde estaba el golpe que es el lado piloto lo cual apenas había espacio para entrar y por lo tanto no me percaté hasta que me bajé y para eso yo ya tenía un compromiso laboral que atender por lo cual no pude regresar al instante. Lo único en lo que me podía apoyar la gerente del hotel era en darme una noche de cortesía por si necesitaba quedarme lo cual no acepté ya que lo que menos quería era está ahí en medio de esa situación. Mi error fue no haberme percatado del golpe antes de salir, pero lo que menos espera uno al salir de un hotel es encontrar tu auto en mal estado.
