Las cama tenían chinches, terminé lleno de ronchas. No hay clima, no hay ventanas, inodoros sin tapas, puerta no cierra bien, puedes ver de afuera hacia adentro cuando la puerta esta cerrada. No volvería a este lugar.

Cama tenía chinches, deberían cuidar más la limpieza. Terminé lleno de picaduras de chinches. Las habitaciones no tienen ventana. Cuando la puerta está cerrada, hay un espacio donde puedes ver de afuera hacia adentro. El sanitario no tiene tapa.

Muy caro para lo que recibes, no lo recomiendo.

Realmente no es un hotel, solo es un cuarto con camas y sin calefacción :-(. No te ponen ni una botellita de agua ni ningún mueble para acomodar tu ropa, como dije es solo un cuarto frío con camas. No lo recomiendo para nada en tiempo de frío porque en verdad la pasamos muy mal. La encargada (Sra. Ceci) es muy amable, esto y la ubicación del lugar (está frente a la estación del tren) son lo único bueno. La verdad pagar mil pesos por noche es carísimo para lo que recibes :-(

Muy mala experiencia

El personal muy atento, lástima que poco pueden hacer con instalaciones en tan mal estado. La información de internet es muy diferente a la realidad, es un hotel muy viejo, deteriorado, camas viejas, el baño huele horrible, la regadera con costras de mugre. Por ese precio se puede obtener algo más decente. La verdad muy mala experiencia.

Es la primera vez que acudimos a este hotel, francamente lamento haber reservado, pagué la habitación, nos condujeron al cuarto y posteriormente decidimos desalojar y buscar otro lugar mas agradable e incluso a menor precio que este. Es un hotel muy modesto (bien), pero también muy austero, falta iluminación, limpieza y huele mal. Considero que si pueden poner atención a estos pequeños pero significativos detalles. Gracias. Volveremos a Creel

Don't book at this hotel!

Even after we reserved a room — and paid for it! — this hotel denied us a room, saying it was full. To its credit, they found us another room much farther on the outskirts of town that was nice. But we met two other groups of people who had also had the same thing happen to them by this hotel THAT DAY! Locals said this hotel has been "reserving" rooms and then denying them to people once they show up for years. I strongly encourage people to not book at this hotel.

me gusto lo tranquilo, lo limpio y el personal muy amable, el hotel no cuenta con calefaccion dentro de la habitacion pero esta la chimenea en la parte de afuera y logra calentar bien dentro de ellas.

Se encuentra muy bien ubicado accesible a todo

En lo general el hotel se encuentra bien, el único detalle es que las habitaciones no cuentan con calefacción y debido a la temporada de frió, las habitaciones estaban muy heladas, y no se dormía con comodidad debido a esta situación.

100% recomendable

Si buscas un hospedaje económico que te de más por tu dinero de lo que pudieras esperar este es el lugar perfecto. En el segundo piso hay un balcón que da a las vías de ferrocarril..desde ahí ves pasar al chepe y si te encanta como a mi...no hay mejor sitio..al frente del balcón verás amanecer tras las montañas. El lugar incluye desayuno en otro hotel de la cadena donde la chef principal sra, yoko es muy amable al igual que la sra Ceci en el hotel. Ame este viaje. Espero que lo disfrutes tanto como yo.

creel es pequeño y este hotel esta del lado de la via que no hay nada... el costo es economico y en general esta bien, pero la proxima vez escogere algo mas cerca de la calle principal, a las 10 todo se muere en creel, incluso nos apagaron las luces del hotel y si te asomas a la calle ya todo esta apagado apenas el alumbrado publico se ve, la puerta de nuestro baño tenia un parche a la altura de la cabeza, te hace pensar que habra pasado antes? creo que es mejor opcion el otro hotel santa cruz que esta sobre la calle principal, ahi sirven el desayuno y esta muy rico, hot cackes, chilaquiles, jugo, cafe, te, molletes.

Cultural experience

It is a good experience culturally but kinda dusty and like sleeping in a log cabin. Our daughter's bed had bedbugs. The family owned business was very friendly and kind. For the free breakfast, we were given vouchers to a nice restaurant nearby. Good experience.

Good hot water in shower. Amazingly friendly receptionist and her family was adorable. Enjoyed the hot stove fire place in the lobby. My room had a TV with cable, really impressed.
