"Brand new hotel near the DFW airport. Has only been open for a week! Clean and well appointed. Staff were friendly and did a seamless job in customer service. Good breakfasts too. Convenient and excellent value."

"The reason I booked this is because they have an airport shuttle nowhere. Does it say that you have to call the hotel which by the way is impossible because it goes to a reservations desk number can’t talk to a human. Waited for an hour ended up paying $60 to get an Uber to go 5 miles…. When we got there, the person that checked us in said well you needed to call us and let us know you were there. We don’t have a shuttle that just does a rotation through the airport. I said you should state that...

"I had a really good stay at the Marriott Fairfield in Coppell, Texas. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was great from check-in to check-out. Housekeeping also did an excellent job keeping the rooms clean and refreshed throughout my stay, which was definitely appreciated. "Stayed here last minute when flight canceled due to weather. Staff was great, a shuttle made it convenient back and forth to airport. Rooms are spacious, but there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. Otheryit was fine and definitely beat sleeping on an airport bench!"

"Idk if it’s just a Texas thing but every affordable place I’ve stayed has had roaches . I can’t honestly give a good review of anything else because of that key issue .. gym was a joke as well. Do not recommend unless you’re desperate"
