"We have stayed here every year at least once, when flying through cph. This was the first time we were really disappointed. The breakfast is amazing and the ease to the airport is unparalleled. BUT this year, the hotel seemed a bit run down, the pool was closed for maintenance and repairs, the glasses and bath tub were dirty and though the thermostat was set at 17, the room was hot and we all sweated all night long. Unfortunately, their new policy for newly renovated rooms came with the consequence of NO TELEVISION or phone to be able to call the front desk. Room smelled like a chemical was used, which caused us to have terrible headaches and itchy eyes. Room did not have AC. We could not stay, so we never experienced breakfast."
