"Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen (Nahe der Metrostation Sluseholmen, sowie direkt an einer Bushaltestelle). Von Flughafen gelangt man so in 20 Minuten mit Zug und Bus zum Hotel.
Das Personal war freundlich. Ein früher check-in konnte trotz vorheriger Anfrage nicht ermöglicht werden, das Gepäck konnte jedoch unkompliziert gelagert werden.
Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, aber gemütlich eingerichtet. In der Umgebung gelangt man schnell zu Bäckern, Supermärkten, Cafés und Restaurants."

We had a room on the ground floor overlooking the main road ..wasn’t one of the best locations we’ve had there but we slept well.
We had an issue with our booking this visit - whilst reception couldn’t help - they gave me the customer service email who replied quickly and the issue was promptly resolved :)"
"Die Junior Suite war insgesamt etwas kleiner als erwartet. Zudem hatte das Zimmer schon starke Gebrauchsspuren, insbesondere der Badbereich. Das Frühstück war reichlich, nur leider trotz Vorabregistrierung komplett überfüllt. Das System mit den Zeitslots ist nett gedacht aber sin der Form schlecht gemacht. Das Personal war stets freundlich und bemüht. Die Lage und Umgebung des Hotels sind okay, etwas merkwürdig war allerdings, dass man als Fußgänger erst noch den gesamten Parkplatz überqueren...

I noticed the rate when i booked in Feb2026 was higher than rate for hotel B&B for this day- disappointed that expedia dont notify you - especially when payment is at the property on arrival.
I requested a later checkout - 1 hour but refused.
Got locked out of thebuilding and room on the minute of checkout while packing up my luggagein car in the rain.
The room provided was a building along the main road - not connected to the main hotel except for carpark.
