This hotel is in bankruptcy. Another hotel is in their place, we were not notified at all. Manger is a pain in the a$$. No internet for all 4 days we were there, out of 8 light bulbs only 2 worked (both in the same fixture) so room was dark. Very musty smelling (window would only open about 5 inches because of a pipe in front of the window), shower would depress when you stepped into it but nice hot water. Lights out in the bathroom. Coffee machine in room but no cups/mugs, coffee/tea, sugar/creamer. Lots of noise at night, cars/partying, we were there Wednesday-Saturday. Front desk staff were very nice. Great coffee/hot chocolate machine. Would not recommend at all ! ! !

I paid way over the top for probably the worst hotel I have stayed in. The bathroom was in a bad condition. The carpet in the hall was dirty and stained, and not much better in the room. Shower showed signs of mold. The breakfast buffet was also questionable. I will not be going back. Sadly my pictures can't be uploaded as it appears to be a size limit

Beds are okay. Clean sheets and towels. Carpet very old and smelt. Bathroom. What can I say but; OH Dear !!! Broken bathroom cabinet, only one of the four small lights working above the sink so the room was dark. Shower area needs completely renovating. Not sure how they call this a 3* hotel when it wouldn't meet a 1* standard.

The location is very convenient for people visiting Copenhagen Business School. The hotel has buffet meals through out the day, 119 for dinner (the most expensive one) and breakfast is free. It is quiet and enough space to turn around (not like other Copenhagen hotels. Other hotels, you get off the bed, it is the door). Good day light in the room. But the lower floors are warmer in the summer. So please choose the upper floor rooms in which you can open the windows (there is no AC in the rooms).

Should not be listed in Hotels.com
This place should not be listed in hotels.com. We had confirmed booking for a family room (for a family of 4) for 2 nights, but only after much back and forth we got a double bedroom and a single bed room where they provided a bed with the middle "slats" missing. on the second day they finally provided us a family room.The bathrooms are moldy and rusty. The rooms smelly.

Three nights in Copenhagen
Very 1970s-style hotel. Still a little residual cigarette smoke residue in the halls. Fixtures in bathroom were in need of maintenance and/or repair, but worked fairly well. Great location, close to S-Train station, and free parking. Breakfast was exceptional. Great restaurants nearby for dinner. Highly recommend Lille Saigon - best Thai food we've had in our lives!

A central place to stay in Copenhagen
Hotel Rossini in the Copenhagen suburb of Valby is an older hotel which shows. The room felt "tired" but it was clean which is the main thing. The breakfast which was included in the room price was very good, lots of variety. Free parking is a definite plus in Copenhagen. The train station to get into Copenhagen Centrum and many of the sights is a short walk away and the train ride is about 10 minutes, making this hotel really central for a sightseeing stay.

the reception was awful and not clean, parking was OK, the room was so bad that I had to change 2 times to find better one, the room was so dirty and really bad, the carpet in the room was damaged, none of the lights worked except few of them. the bathroom was dirty too and full of little hair and not clean at all. I really hated the stay in this place. some people were smoking in the room, and the room service was so bad they didn't clean the room for 3 days. the breakfast was not good too all the glasses were dirty. not worth the money at all. nothing like the pictures.........

Service unsatisfied, very disappointed with their behavior. Front and manger of this hotel is unhelpful. I will never ever stay this hotel and will not suggest to anyone who wants to have a nice experience in this beautiful town.

Friendly and great staffs also great prompt respone. hotel really need refreshment room. its old bedroom also lift too. unable to full open window - blocking by pipe. old shower also shower hose leaking. need buy good double bed! Good location - easy transport bus or train to central Copenhagen. 30mins to Airport. If you plan visit Copenhagen for weekend break - highly recommend buy city 48 hours metro pass inc airport.

Cheap but rather tired
Stayed here as it was local to a venue we were going to. It was easy enough to find and is only a short walk from the U Bahn station. One tip - come out of the station to the left rather than follow an phone app as it is half the distance. The outside and locale is nothing exciting and when you enter the hotel your are in a public area with reception in front of you. Check in was fine but our room key would not work. The receptionist came up and tried then put us in the room next door as she couldn’t get in either but didn’t seem that bothered. The room was clean enough and very basic. Some fittings were broken and the bathroom was very dark. You didn’t want to look up when in the shower as you could see into the roof space above! The view was of the car park so nothing special. Breakfast was in the restaurant next door. It was buffet style and I have had better. Choice was limited and the atmosphere depressing! The hotel was cheap for Copenhagen and suited our purpose as was close to where we were going but if we were visiting the city to sightsee we would certainly have stayed somewhere more central and less dated. OK if on a cheap budget and for this part of the city otherwise I would recommend looking elsewhere

It is an old hotel, but the breakfast was great, and the staff friendly and helpful. There is also a movie theater across the street and a great pizza and pita place around the corner.

Really bad
There was blood on the bathroom floor and footsteps of dried vomit leading out the door. People had also been smoking in the room prior to our arrival. The place was properly dated, it’s the only hotel that I have been to in a long time where I have not been asked to sign anything on check in, probably because they didn’t think I’d be checking out, pretty spooky old building, weird old furniture coupled with a bit of blood and a bit of sick, yeah probably wouldn’t stay here again tbf.

I would stay here again !
I stayed here mainly because of the free parking which was in a parking ramp behind the hotel. My single room was basic but spacious & clean . The wifi was good & the room had a Kettle Pot with coffee & teas .There was also a mini fridge to use. While the bathroom was a good size , the shower was small. The free breakfast was at the adjoining restaurant was great. The view out my window was the parking ramp but I only used the room to sleep & shower so it was not a big deal. Just down the street were Bus stops that took me to the Old Town & Rail lines which took me to the Central Station downtown. I bought the Copenhagen Card so I could use the transportation for free as well as free entry to the Castles & other sites.

Room outdated, beds uncomfortable, bathroom looked old and therefore a bit dirty. But, breakfast is OK, close to park and S-train station Valby. Also enough eating places in neighbourhood. But a bit high prices considered the state of the room.

There were quite a few black hairs in the bathroom. I came back with a live red cockroach in my bag... not the cleanest place. Location is great, free parking lot.

Execellent service.
The hotel had double bookings so I can't really comment on the hotel itself. I do want to say that they way they handled the situation was excellent. I was well informed and they arranged a prepaid taxi to my alternative hotel (which was splendid). Whatever the reason for the initial over booking was, they recovered very well.
