We are sorry to read that your stay with us did not live up to your expectations and to find your reviews in this matter on several sites. We always want to do our best to find a solution when brought to our attention that one of our guests do not have a comfortable stay with us. When we received your first review last week we did try to contact you in order to start a dialogue and to ensure your stay further was better, as we are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and making your experience as comfortable as possible. As we understand we did not manage to turn the situation around and for that we are terrible sorry. At Copenhagen Strand, which is part of the Arp-Hansen Hotel Group, we follow a concept called "Cleaning on Demand," where the daily cleaning of the room is no longer done automatically but upon request from each guest. This means that we give our guests the opportunity to actively choose whether they want daily cleaning of their room during their stay. Ensuring that our cleaning meets our high standards and providing the highest quality service remains a top priority, while also inspiring our guests to take care of the environment and accommodating each guest's individual preferences and needs.We understand that you already had been in contact with the front desk regarding the cleaning. As a kind information Housekeeping found a DO NOT DISTURB-sign hanging on your door some of the days during your stay, and it was in this situation they leaved a bag full of towels, as we do concern about our guests and respect their privacy when having this sign on the door.
