For example: rude owner, lost deposit, rooms not cleaned properly/maintained. But I stayed anyways, and i'm so happy I did. The owner and staff were friendly, very helpful and honestly answered my questions/concerns about the bad reviews I had read about the property. My room though, was clean and well maintained.
