"The hotel was new & very well built, which is not the case with all hotels on our trip. The bathroom was extra special with mirror lighting & heavy glass shower doors, along with excellent lighting in the bedroom. The lobby & seating area was spacious & comfortable to spend time outside of the hotel room. Staff was helpful & attentive. "This was a getaway that was planned for seeing Cooperstown and all that the little town had to offer. The August Lodge is amazing and made this trip so much more than we could ever ask for. The staff was friendly and made us feel right at home every day. The views were spectacular and we spent our evenings on our patio watching the eagles soar around the mountains.
