"The hotel was new & very well built, which is not the case with all hotels on our trip. The bathroom was extra special with mirror lighting & heavy glass shower doors, along with excellent lighting in the bedroom. The lobby & seating area was spacious & comfortable to spend time outside of the hotel room. Staff was helpful & attentive. "Parking well lit as well as in front of the doors and surrounding areas, lawn well maintained, outside was clean and free of debris. Inside lacked updating and cleaning. Shower head corroded as well as faucets, shower grout dirty with buildup. Room in desperate need of dusting and deep cleaning. Animal hairs found throughout rokm. Mattress very hard and uncomfortable. Carpets need shampooing to get the dank smell out. Windows and sills need cleaning, Tv would not change from initial channel....

"I was met by Jon at the front desk. He was very friendly and helped me out with an issue. All the staff were great and friendly! Room was awesome and place was clean. Breakfast area was kept clean and stocked. Coffee was amazing, freshly ground and available 24/7. Definitely recommend staying here."
