The Emma Grace is exceptional in all aspects. Greeted by the owner, Jennifer, with open arms - literally! And things just got better from there. The Hemingway room was perfect! The decor - featuring Hemingway and his travels - was delightful. The bed..ahhh... was a dream to fall into after a busy day. Then - the creme de la creme - breakfast. Words cannot describe the mouthwatering scrambled eggs which accompanied a grilled-to-perfection pork chop, red velvet muffin parfait and fresh fruit. All this ambrosia followed by heavenly coffee. And that was just the first morning! Will we return to the Emma Grace? That question answers itself!

Hidden gem
Absolutely delightful place. Check in and out super simple. Comfortable space that afforded a much needed break from the stress of every day life. What a hidden gem! Not to mention the awesome breakfast.

Everything was great they went above and beyond and made my kids to go bags on Sunday because we were leaving before breakfast to drive home so Saturday they packed bags and left them in the refrigerator for our drive home.

This was a very sweet place to stay. There was no television but that was fine with us. The gentleman who made us breakfast was superb and very friendly. We would recommend this stay to everyone.

This was a really interesting, clean, and congenial property! We loved the ambiance! One can experience the charm of a small town by looking out the windows or strolling to the town square. It’s not Canada but it made me think of the fictional Three Pines. Great place for families or lovers or both!

Jennifer has designed rooms to be very eclectic, diverse and comfortable in this historic building with an attention to detail. Showers were roomy and warm, water pressure was great, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the bed was very comfortable. Morning breakfast was superb by Melissa with unique and delicious offerings. We loved the coffee shop and the farm fresh steaks, jarred goods, and hand-made items in the store next door. Our friends camped at Cooper State Park and all of the women were highly envious of our lodging!

Hidden gem!
Road our motorcycle from DFW. Beautiful, relaxing back roads. Beautiful accommodation, lovely courtyard. Peaceful, quiet, perfect. Delicious and elegant breakfast. One of our new favorite places to run off to for the weekend.

Great bed and breakfast
This is my first time at a bed-and-breakfast. Everything looked new and clean but had no chemical smell. The hospitality of the owners and small town were excellent. Pillows were hard so I didn’t sleep well. Breakfast was excellent. Love the garden to sit in. Make sure you bring your own shampoo and blow dryer. Not provided like a hotel. Love this place.

Loved, loved Emma Grace. The onsite manager, Evan, was super friendly and made us an amazing breakfast! This is a gem of a place. Quaint little downtown with some super cute shops and small restaurants. Close to Sulfur Springs and Paris if you want to do some additional antique shopping. Would stay again!

Very pretty and clean place. Good breakfast.
Very clean. Super nice host. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Very nice decorations. The common area has games and tea, coffee. Our room #5 was smell good and clean. 1 queen and 1 twin (very comfy sofa bed) perfect for a family with kids. Evan cooked our breakfast and even have a candle on our kid's place to wish her a happy birthday. If you on a road trip to Paris,TX like us. You must stay at The Emma Grace. Just a short 30 mins drive to "Eiffel tower". Dont forget to stop by Paris bakery near by to get your family a nice and delicious lunch or dinner.

Our stay at the Emma Grace was amazing!! We had booked it for our anniversary before the shelter in place had taken effect. Lita messaged me to let me know that they were taking extra cleaning precautions and would still be open for our stay. We stayed in the Moulin Rouge room which was beautifully decorated. Definitely a room for couples or a single person though. The bed was comfortable and the details in the room were very thoughtful. Lita was our host and she was so sweet and welcoming. She made us the most amazing breakfast the next morning and chatted with us for a few minutes. This was our first bed and breakfast and now I feel so spoileD. I can’t imagine staying in a regular hotel again. We’re already planning our next stay at the Emma Grace!

Most glamorous experience!!
I travel for work every week and I am usually staying at your mainstream business hotels (eg. La qunita Inn, Marriott's, Hiltons, Holiday Inn Express, etc). My work sent me to North East Texas and when looking at places to stay I came across a cozy B&B in Cooper, TX and that's when I decided that I am going to try something new, as I have never stayed at a B&B before. I was anxious prior to my stay, wondering what my experience would be like staying in a small isolated town at a local renovated B&B. Upon my arrival I was immediately breath taken by how gorgeous the interior of the B&B was. The rooms all had unique themes but all were aligned with the rustic country theme and the lounge areas made you feel as if you lived in a glamorous country side home in the early 1900's. The most impressive part of my stay at the Emma Grace was the hospitality I received by the owner, Jennifer. Jennifer made me felt as if I were family and treated me with the utmost respect. Each breakfast she created was uniquely and beautifully made along with being amazingly delicious. You immediately get the impression that she makes her food using the passion and love she has for her community blended with her creative soul. I rarely leave reviews for any place, but I needed to show my love and share my experience with the potential guest that may be staying at this most wonderful establishment.
