Thank you for the rating, however it is not justified as the guests next door to you called at 1.15am to advise that your family was banging and loud. I knocked on your door shortly after that as your lights were on and i could hear your kids. I informed you i have had complaints and you need to keep it down as it was very late. Under these circumstances your rating is NOT JUSTIFIED. You disturbed other guests

Great place to stop over in Cooma - it is comfortable, the staff are friendly and you can walk down the main street from here.

Modest rooms convenient for mountains and town
Close to town centre and eateries (restaurants would be overstating it!). Good access to Snowy Mountains and surrounding areas which are worth visiting. Main season is winter, but summer tourism is growing. Room reasonably cheap and spacious, but tired, didn't feel overly secured. Bar/restaurant onsite closed due to staff shortage. Jindabyne more modern and seems more upmarket.

Thank you for the feedback Nick.Unfortunately yes we have closed the restaurant but the bar is still operating. Sorry to hear that you felt the rooms were tired and you didn't feel secure whilst you were hear. We are freshening up the rooms when time permits

Sadly due to staff issues (so told) no meals where being served, however there is Chinese across the road and other options around town.

Rooms were ok, clean. BBQ area was great facility but bbq's and ash boxes very dirty. Would stay again if need be.

The bedding had hair from who ever stayed before me, and some small stains on the sheets, so I went to the local camping store and had to buy a sleeping bag, to stay there. The house keeping should change, all bedding. Not just the sheets. Also there was food crumbs on the floor, near the edge of the bed, easily seen. The bed itself was very uncomfortable. Would not stay there again. Also, I only picked to stay there, because the site said it had a bar and restaurant. which the front desk said it was closed, because no staff. This should be corrected in there advertising.

As you have submitted this anonymously we can not tell what room number you were in or who cleaned your room which would be beneficial in your complaints. But i will talk with the housekeepers in regards to this. We are looking for new staff so the restaurant can open again

Very pleasant experience. Straightforward check-in and out. We had the family room, large enough to accommodate 4-5 adults. Clean and comfy beds. AC working perfectly. Free parking. Would highly recommend.
