"Great facilities, very comfortable bedding and shower facilities. Check in was awesome and they provided breakfast in a bag with pastries, fruit, water and snacks as we had to leave early. The staff was super friendly and while Conwy isn’t walkable this is still a great location."

"The staff are friendly its dog friendly easy parking and lovely individual shops and restaurants within walking distance best of both worlds with the sea being near by "

"We stayed for one night, arriving after 9pm. Check-in was quick and efficient. We had a pleasant stay in a family room with very comfortable beds. Although we didn’t use the dining facilities, we were greeted by the aroma of delicious food upon arrival. The free car park is a great feature, and the hotel’s location is peaceful and lovely. "Fabulous property nothing was too much trouble for the staff, we had an accessible room for our disabled son which was amazing and an interconnected door to our room next door. Would definitely stay again. Food was very nice too."
