"Staff was kind"

"Schoon hotel, redelijk goed ontbijt. Parkeren bij het hotel. Dichtbij de grotten, maar verder is er niets te doen in de buurt van het hotel."

"Great hotel and staff, only downside was gym was small and in the basement. Although there was a bar by the pool (the only one outside) it closed at 7pm - it would be nice to be able to have a drink outside in the evening."

"We absolutely loved our time at Borgo Cozzana! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The owner is extremely helpful, fun, and polite, and every single staff member we encountered was remarkably attentive, kind, and professional. The hotel itself is perfect. It is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and smelled amazing. On top of that, the location is excellent for exploring the area. We couldn't have asked for a better experience....

"El hotel es viejo y no renovado, las habitaciones son pequeñas y con acabados viejos , el baño tiene una cabina de ducha tan pequeña que no puedes Jabonarte, la atención del bar es descortez. Lo bueno es la playa, pasas un excelente dia ahi, luego debes enfrentarte a la habitacion pequeña ."

"The property is very unique and the staff helpful. However, no one asked us to register, people were very relaxed about paperwork and didn't seem aware of our stay as we hqd to confirm it many yltimes. Staff helped ua load our vehicles and took our keys but nevwe asked to settle the bill. About an hoir later while we were well on our way, they called to ask us to pay. We gqve them our visa number and info but the demanded a cheque, money transfer or cash. Terrible. My nephew who had hia wedding...
