"Eden Rock was the perfect oasis in Florence. Small with a very attentive staff, excellent food, and a pool worth spending hours at. The views are outstanding from the hills above Florence. Our room had its own terrace and we spent a lot of time there. One reminder is that it is away from the city center and it takes some planning to get there, however the staff is there to help."

"The hotel is amazing. The AC didn’t work in our room but the staff did everything in their power to fix it and it finally did work. The breakfast buffet was bad. They need to do way better. We’ve had better breakfast selections at a $150 per night hotel. Overall amazing though. "

"Wir hatten das Hotel auf unserer Italienreise für zwei Nächte gebucht. Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Ein besonderes Lob geht an die deutsche Besitzerin, die sich sehr um uns bemüht hat. Leider liegt das Hotel an einer lauten Straße mit einer Straßenbahn in der Nähe, weshalb man die Fenster nachts nicht öffnen kann. Das Frühstück war sehr gut"

"I booked this as a solo traveller and, even if I felt welcomed and everything was smooth, it is an inconvenient location specially to arrive during the evening or night when it gets dark. The buffet breakfast and all the staff were great, but I wouldn't go back as a solo traveller just because of the convenience and safety to get there by myself."
