"It's a nice boutique guesthouse with personality. We stayed in apartment 5, it was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with linen, towels and toiletries. No complains with the kitchen. Excellent location, few steps from the beach. Safe and easy parking. The attention from the staff was outstanding. The AC made some weird noises, but we got used to them.
I’d recommend it if you look for comfort, safety, and cleanliness without demanding luxury.

"Wir haben in diesem Hotel im Rahmen unserer Rundreise übernachtet und von dort das Kennedy Space Center besucht. Das KSC ist in kürzester Zeit gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das amerikanische Frühstück war sehr umfangreich. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und die Betten bequem.

"Mark was an incredible host. He made me feel so welcome - like we had been friends for years! He was always available if needed, but not intrusive. I loved how quiet the house was and I enjoyed meeting and feeding all of his kitties. We even found a rabbit exploring the neighborhood - hopefully he found his way to safety. The home is very old Florida style, so it may not suit some fancy travelers but for anyone on a budget who wants to feel like they are at a friend's house - this is your spot."
