Stayed for Crufts, 4th/6th March. Returned first day from Arena at 3.45 pm and room had not been serviced. Tried to phone Reception to find out phone did not work! The hotel was clean and tidy, we had a good stay. We had a family room which I will say is tiny, was a tight fit for the three of us and we found the master bed quite hard, but could be preference... Overall good stay, breakfast was very good.
